I’m a mom of two, transplanted from Ohio to Utah. Before we moved, I taught preschool, where my supervisor would tell parents that I was the "in-house personal stylist" and my coworkers would frequently stop by my classroom in the mornings for fashion advice. When we moved to Utah, I decided to take the opportunity to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up which meant staying at home full time.

I went from getting dressed up every day, to living in leggings and sweats. I had to learn the hard way, just how much clothes impact your day-to-day life and mentality. It was a tough season, until I started going to a mom group every Tuesday. This weekly event, forced me to get dressed just one day a week. I realized very quickly that on the one day I was getting out of my leggings, I felt better and more productive and happier than all the other days.
